Missed a day? Just resume.
One gentle list for your day: a short walk, water, Pranayam, your BP, and the family’s bills, doctor visits and weddings. When life gets busy, pick up where you left off. No guilt, no broken streaks.
No account needed to try.

How it works
-

Pick a few small things
A ten-minute walk. Eight glasses of water. Five minutes of Kapalabhati. Start small. Two minutes counts.
-

Tick them off on Today
Your whole day sits on one screen, in morning, evening and anytime. One tap and it’s done.
-
Missed a day? Resume.
No red streaks. After a quiet stretch, Resuming offers a smaller step to start again. That still counts.
Starting again is the skill.
Most habit apps count how long you kept going. Resuming cares about how often you come back. A missed day isn’t a failure. It’s just a day. Tap Resume, and the minutes you already did are still there.

Follow along, right inside the habit
Start Kapalabhati, Anulom Vilom or Bhramari, and a follow-along video plays with the timer. Meditation, relaxation and prayer have one too. Prefer your own teacher? Add any YouTube link to any habit.
- A timer, a count, or a simple tick
- Walking, water, prayer, reading, meditation and more
- Short sessions add up through the day

The family’s dates, in one place
Bills, doctor visits, birthdays, festivals and weddings wait on Today until they’re done. Add a photo of the invitation card, so the venue and time are right there.
Share an event on WhatsApp
Send a wedding or a puja to the family group. They open the link and add it to their own reminders in one tap, photo and all. If it’s cancelled, everyone who added it sees that.

Your steps, and how far you walked
On Android, Resuming reads your steps from Health Connect and shows them on Today, next to the goal you picked. Time a walk or a run, and it shows how far you went.
- Today’s steps next to your daily goal
- The last 7 days, and the days you met your goal
- Distance for timed walks and runs
Steps and distance are in the Android app, coming soon to Google Play. They need Health Connect, and distance shows up when your phone or watch saves it there.

Your BP and weight, week by week
Log blood pressure, weight, heart rate and sleep in a few seconds, and see how they change over the weeks.
Resuming is a wellness and habit app. It does not give medical advice.
